NKAMARO is currently offered as a Founder Closed Alpha, reachable by invitation or by registering a company workspace directly. The service is provided "as is", may change without notice, may experience downtime, and is not yet warranted for production-critical or regulated use. By creating an account, you acknowledge you are an early participant, not a customer of a generally-available product.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or access controls, and not to submit data you do not have the right to submit (including to any integrated AI provider).
Data you enter during the Alpha is retained and backed up on a best-effort basis (see our Privacy Notice) but the Alpha environment is not yet held to the same operational guarantees as a production release. Do not submit data you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and liability for any claim arising from Alpha use is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms may change as the product moves from Alpha toward general availability. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
